Ann Marie - Owner, Pilates and Pure Barre Teacher

Ann Marie Goidosik graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2004 with a Bachelor degree in Business Management. During college, as a means to earn extra money she became certified in Group Fitness through NDEITA, teaching a variety of classes but never quite feeling like she found exactly what she was looking for. She started taking Pilates classes in her home town a couple of times a week and within just a few weeks she couldn't believe the difference in her body. Her muscles started to lean out, she gained flexibility and strength and was extremely impressed with the technique. Ann Marie decided to pursue Pilates training under Laura Harriman and Master Teacher Trainer Jennifer Kries, She has been teaching Classic Pilates for the past 6 years now. With her intense love for music, dance and Pilates she was still looking for the perfect exercise routine. In 2007, a friend and employer, Allison Weyand, introduced her to Pure Barre, and it was from that moment on that she knew that this was the routine that was going to help her and many others achieve the results they were looking for! Ann Marie is now the proud owner of Pure Barre Saginaw and has found her passion, to change people's mindsets of how they think about working out, to promote positive body images and of course to help transform peoples bodies on at a time!
